Terms and Condition

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. Feel free to ask and comment about the product using comment box or e-mail

2. If you are serious buyer, please make comment about the product by writing “Booked” and write the goods number

3. Zoya’s gallery will reconfirm about the product to the serious buyer by e-mail

4. Zoya’s Gallery will ask serious buyer to send message through e-mail with details:

            a. Full Name

            b. Complete address (Street, Block, No, RT/RW, Zip code, City, Country)

            c. Available Contact number

Price does not included delivery charge

Payment transfer through BCA (account number will be inform later by e-mail to the serious buyer) and please confirm your payment transfer confirmation (with transfer slip attached) by e-mail to zoyasgallery@gmail.com.

We use JNE Regular for goods delivery.

If we have received the payment transfer and confirmation BEFORE 12.00 WIB (noon), we will deliver the goods by JNE Regular at least 2 days after the payment transfer and confirmation received.

If we receive the payment transfer and confirmation AFTER 12.00 WIB (noon), we will deliver the goods by JNE Regular at least 3 days after the payment transfer and confirmation received.

If payment transfer and confirmation is on weekend/holiday, we will send the goods on the next working day. There will be no goods delivery on weekend/holiday.
